This rural retreat has its own little valley, full of interest and perfect for exploring the surrounding natural habitat. The house is all on one-level and children´s safety has been heavily considered. There is unobtrusive fencing around the private swimming pool and the area around the finca. Finca del Río has ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room for hot summer nights and under-floor heating throughout for the evenings of the cooler winter months. There is a large tiled terrace covered with retractable awnings. Gardens and valley with shaded areas on various levels. BBQ area. Enchanting 'aquamarine' naturally shaped swimming pool designed to be in-keeping with the natural hue of the landscape. There are no properties nearby. The access is under 10 minutes off the main local road along an unmade dirt track on a dry riverbed and can be done by ordinary hire cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.
