RENTAL: COUNTRY HOUSE

The new built country villa Casa La Loma is located on a hill together with 2 other houses and offers fantastic views over the beautiful, tropical valley of Benamargosa and its majestic hillsides. The house is located 1 kilometer from the white washed village of Cútar and can be reached easily by a 500 m dirt track.

This very comfortable villa has traditional and rustic features and is tastefully furnished. Under-floor heating is employed through out the house to ensure comfort and warmth on those rare chilly days of winter.

The porch and partly covered terrace, the roof terrace and ample pool area invites for a Mediterranean outside life style amongst delightful flower gardens.

The pool is situated above the house in an enclosed (railings) and private area for you and your children safe and secure enjoyment.

PRICES

2 to 6 Persons 60-130 € per night.

The price includes towels (not pool and beach towels), bed linen, electricity, water, gas.
Fire wood can be bought.
In the winter months the electricity for the underfloor-heating is charged at cost price (0,15 € / KWh).
